Healthcare data collection and custom survey solutions firm Survey Healthcare Global (SHG) has appointed former Dynata and Screen Engine/ASI exec January Khoshnood as SVP of Global Customer Success.
SHG was acquired in 2020 by an investment firm which already owned automated life science insights company InCrowd - the combination formed a new company called Apollo Intelligence Corporation, focused on tech-driven data and insights solutions for the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Two years ago Apollo was itself acquired by healthcare-focused private equity firm Frazier, and in February this year tech-driven MR services and panel company GlocalMind was acquired and added to the group, which now has more than 300 employees and gives access to two million healthcare stakeholders worldwide.
Khoshnood (pictured) brings to her new role more than two decades of experience in market research, data collection and global team leadership, and in her new role will direct all SHG customer success functions. She joins SHG from audience analytics and content research company Screen Engine/ASI, where she was EVP of Research Solutions, and earlier served as VP of Product Growth and Commercialization at Dynata, managing a team of 16 specialists. Before that she worked at Kantar/Lightspeed Research, Hall & Partners and Global Market Insite.
Apollo CEO and President Daniel S. Fitzgerald comments: 'We are delighted to welcome January to the Apollo team. Her deep expertise and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our customer-centered approach toward innovation, and our commitment to delivering the highest quality data and insights. We are confident that her strategy, passion for mentoring and diversity, and leadership will drive significant value for our clients and stakeholders'.
