In San Francisco, former 2CV researchers Amy Spencer, Karine Pepin and Nikolitsa Siegel have launched a new insights agency called The Research Heads, offering qual and quant solutions with a focus on developing 'bite-sized research assets' that will deliver long-term value.
The founders have all spent many years at 2CV, heading up its US offices and working in sectors including technology, entertainment, gaming and retail. Spencer worked at Link Consumer Strategies before joining 2CV in 2006, and most recently was SVP Head of Qual and Co-Head of US Operations. Pepin Worked at Canada's Department of National Defence before joining TNS in 2007, and 2CV two years later - rising to Head of Quant and Co-Head. Siegel has worked at 2CV for around fourteen years, most recently as Research Director.
The new company prides itself on flexibility and seeks 'the sweet spot between DIY research and full-service agencies', offering the best of both worlds.
