In New York, CX firm Sprinklr has appointed Trac Pham as Co-CEO, alongside founder Ragy Thomas. Pham joined the company as COO just five months ago but has been a member of its Board for a year.
Sprinklr describes itself as 'the first unified CXM platform for the enterprise' (Unified-CXM), capturing massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels. In March the company announced full year 2023 revenue up 18% to $732.4m, and in April it hired a new CTO, Amitabh Misra.
Thomas and Pham say they 'will partner across all business and corporate operations', maintaining the 'collaborative leadership' style they have established since January. Thomas will oversee product vision, technology, and R&D, while also serving as Chairman of the Board. Pham will guide business operations, corporate functions, and go-to-market teams.
Pham was the CFO of silicon design automation company Synopsys, Inc. from December 2014 to December 2022, helping to scale the business from $2.0bn to $5.1bn in revenue. Alongside his new role he will continue as a member of Sprinklr's Board, pending re-election at the 2024 annual meeting.
Thomas says Pham is ' an outstanding leader with an exceptional operating background' who for the last five months, 'has led cross-functional alignment in business, corporate operations and planning decisions'. Thomas adds: 'He has been a trusted advisor and strong partner, and I am thrilled to welcome him as Co-CEO'. Pham comments: 'I am honored that Ragy and the Board have entrusted me to help lead Sprinklr through our next phase of growth and scale. I believe deeply in our mission, have strong conviction in our unique technology platform, and look forward to working with this team to streamline our execution and help bring the future of Unified-CXM to life'.
