Toronto- and Minneapolis-based custom research and consulting firm Phase 5 has appointed Richard (Rich) Clarke as Vice President of Client Solutions.
Phase 5 helps clients to achieve customer centricity through four practice areas: Market Insights, Customer Experience, User Experience and Innovation.
Clarke brings experience from more than 30 years in the MR industry, and has lived on three continents. He worked in the automotive research team at Escalent, and led innovative research methodologies and client partnerships at Potentiate and Vision Critical, on qual and quant projects in sectors including financial services and technology.
In his new role, based in Detroit, he will focus on growing client relationships in the North American market. Phase 5 CMO Stephan Sigaud says the firm welcomes Clarke's 'deep industry knowledge and client-centric mindset'.
