Seven Appointments for Alter Agents

Full service MR consultancy Alter Agents has appointed Evelyn Yau and Jennifer Franks as Senior Research Managers and Josh Grullon as RM, while recent arrivals Brage Acuff, Bryce Hollen, Meg Richter and Jamie Blackwell have been promoted to Senior Research Analyst.

Headquartered in Los Angeles and led since 2019 by Rebecca Brooks, the firm uses an immersive approach to help clients in technology, consumer goods, travel, retail and other sectors.

Franks (pictured top right) brings more than a decade of research industry experience, from firms including Ipsos, Museums Victoria and Roy Morgan Research in Australia. She holds a Master of Arts in International Sustainable Tourism Management from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology & Law Studies from Marquette University.

Yau (top left) brings experience of MR and applied behavioral science, most recently from Behave Technologies where she was Senior BeSci Consultant; and Habit Weekly where she was Community Manager. She holds master's degrees in Economics and Psychology from University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, and bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.

Grullon (pictured below) brings experience of advertising, content and primary research in a variety of industries, most recently from MarketCast where as a Senior Manager he led advertising effectiveness and research projects for AT&T. He holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master of Science in Applied Social Research from Hunter College in New York City.
