Consumer purchase insights company Affinity Solutions has added three people to its leadership team: Jaime Hawkins as SVP of Client Success, Henry Tam as SVP of Sales, and Jay Given as VP of Business Development.
Affinity uses fully permissioned data from more than 140 million debit and credit cards to provide its clients with a 'comprehensive' view of US consumer spending, across and between brands. Its CometTM intelligence platform promises users the ability to 'effortlessly plan, activate and measure media to purchase-based outcomes'.
The company says these appointments will help to scale the business following a successful launch for its monthly CNBC/NRF Retail Monitor, and of a strategic partnership with Disney.
where she spent around thirteen years, most recently as Business Development Sales Leader. Earlier she worked for US Embassies in Panama and Columbia, and for the Postal Service.
Tam was previously Head of North American Sales at Kantar North America, leading restructuring and go-to-market strategy for a number of teams. He previously held senior roles at BERA and Neustar, focusing on brand and insight capabilities. In his new role at Affinity he will help drive revenue and market expansion for data products.
Given worked as a Sales Manager and Director at Triad Retail Media, working on strategies for Walmart Connect and eBay Advertising; then spent four and a half years at NCSolutions, latterly as Senior Director Strategic Initiatives. She will now help lead Affinity's partnership with the NRF and scale its Brand Direct execution.
