RSB Promotes and Hires to Boost Exec Team

US firm RSB Insights and Analytics has announced three leadership appointments: Natalie Hunter is promoted to Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Leena Dhere to Chief Growth Officer (CGO), while Sheetal Shrivastava joins from NielsenIQ as a Partner.

The company offers research, data analysis and advanced modeling. Hunter (pictured left) is based in the US and was previously the firm's VP & Partner - Agile Research. Before RSB she worked for four years in business development at Packable and two as Senior Marketing Strategist at IT services firm Canon Solutions, after seventeen years at M/A/R/C Research. Her new role includes promoting innovation, enhancing the employee experience and fostering a global culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Dhere (pictured centre) is based in India, and is promoted from Consumer Insights Consultant. She worked earlier over a number of years at Nielsen (in two spells), NielsenIQ and Nielsen division Gracenote. In her new role her 'deep understanding of market dynamics and customer-centric strategies' will, according to the company, be pivotal in driving its global growth initiatives, specifically international market presence, and the development of innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.

Shrivastava (pictured right) is based in India and joins the firm after nearly six years at NielsenIQ. Earlier she spent twelve years at Nielsen, as well as two at Kantar IMRB. Her experience and technical knowledge will help enhance the firm's service offerings globally.
