In the UK, full service MR firm Kokoro has appointed Anna Dobson to its senior team. She brings ten years of experience including insight roles at ad agencies PHD and Zenith.
Kokoro was previously known as ABA Research, and has offices in St Albans and Leeds. The company uses proprietary quant and qual tools and techniques including 5Drivers, FeelFactor and FeelForward to understand consumer emotions and track both brand and customer experience.
Dobson (pictured) joined media firm Kinetic Worldwide in 2014 as an Insight Executive, then PHD in October 2017 as a Senior Insight Exec and later Insights Manager. After a year at TSB Bank she joined Zenith Media in September 2021 as an Insight AD, and for the last two years has worked at insight agency BAMM, latterly as Strategy Director. The company said on LinkedIn that it welcomes her 'insatiable curiosity' and love of collaboration and innovation.
