In California, online surveys and forms company SurveyMonkey has promoted Sabrina Leblanc to SVP, Customer Success and Tom Murdock to SVP, Global Sales.
The pioneering DIY surveys firm now offers GeniusAI, which allows users to draft a survey by just describing their research aims, and recently added tools making it easier to analyze multiple surveys in one place.
Leblanc (pictured above) joined the firm ten years ago and currently oversees its global customer success and professional services teams - she is also the executive sponsor for its Canadian Diversity, Inclusion, and Impact Group (DIIG) and site lead for the Ottawa office. Before joining the company she worked at the startup Fluidware and in a finance role for Export Development Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from the University of Ottawa.
Murdock (pictured below) moved to SurveyMonkey in 2021, and leads the global sales organization. Prior to joining he led global sales development and high-velocity sales at HubSpot, and before that he headed up inside and field sales teams at fast-growing SaaS companies Acquia and Fuze. He earned his BA from Assumption University and an MPA from Northeastern University.
The promotions continue the company's record of gender equality at both the C-Suite and VP levels. Leblanc joins CPO Becky Cantieri, CTO Robin Ducot, and SVPs Katie Miserany (Chief Communications Officer and Chief of Staff) and Michelle Leung (General Counsel and Secretary) in its leadership team.
CEO Eric Johnson states: 'Sabrina and Tom are proven leaders with the experience and expertise needed to help customers across the globe. They both exemplify our inclusive, innovative culture and are deeply committed to delivering an outstanding experience through every stage of the customer journey'.
