Recruitment 'Surge' and New Look for RealityMine

Manchester, UK-based behavioural data firm RealityMine has announced plans to add fifteen new staff, mostly at its HQ and including roles in data engineering and infrastructure, product management and account management. A new brand identity and web site have also been launched.

New Look for RealityMineThe firm works for clients across media, technology, consumer goods and other sectors, using proprietary technology based on permissioned passive data collection to provide an understanding of consumer interactions with digital platforms including the web, apps and streaming. Its privacy-safe and GDPR-compliant tech solutions are deployed on mobile, tablet and desktop platforms worldwide.

The new recruits will join an existing workforce totalling around 65 people. These include recent senior hire Clare Phillips, who joined as Head of Account Management after a decade at agricultural supply chain data specialist Proagrica, latterly as Country Manager.

Also this week the company has announced new positioning (see image) underlining its dedication to providing 'human-centric, privacy-first behavioural data solutions that enable clients to make smarter, data-driven decisions, optimise their business strategies and unlock growth'. Its value proposition is summed up as 'Real life, revealed.'

CEO Chris Havemann says the company is on track for growth of 35% this year, 'a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the incredible dedication of our team'. He adds: 'As we continue to welcome new clients, our investments in talent and innovation will be critical to ongoing success. Our new brand identity reflects this ambition, emphasising the unique role we play in putting real people and their digital lives at the heart of data-driven insights'.
