Ad Spend Analyst Guideline Hires CMO

Ad spend and pricing data analyst Guideline has appointed Tim Peters as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Demand Generation, effective immediately.

Tim PetersGuideline provides advertising data and planning technology to guide clients' media investment, and was formed by bringing together acquired firms Standard Media Index, SQAD and Lumina. The company recently appointed Vincent Misfud as CEO, and promoted Alberto Leyes from Head of Product Strategy to SVP of Go-to-Market Strategy, gearing up to support rapid growth.

Peters (pictured) was previously head of global marketing at software firm Enghouse Systems, and earlier worked as VP of Marketing and Revenue Operations at Doxim, and in senior roles at ScribbleLive, Ideal.com and IntelliResponse.

Misfud, who also worked previously at Enghouse, says of the new arrival: 'With over 20 years of experience in B2B and SaaS marketing, Tim has a proven track record of building scalable go-to-market engines, driving revenue, and leading high-performing global teams. As Guideline enters the next phase of its evolution, I look forward to collaborating with him as we continue to build innovative new solutions for the advertising ecosystem'.
