Andrew Wiseman is leaving UK-based group Optimisa Research to join customer panel specialist Verve, and will establish a Leeds office for the company.
His role as Optimisa CEO is taken by ex-Synovate UK leader Michelle Norman. Wiseman worked as a Director of Nunwood's Market Analytics division after a speall as a senior consultant in AC Nielsen's global analytics business.
Andrew Cooper, Partner and CEO of Verve, says Wiseman brings 'a combination of commercial acumen and strong research and analytics skills', adding: 'Our office in Leeds will help better serve the business's Northern client base, as well as take advantage of the talent pool which exists in the region.'
Wiseman himself comments: 'The current thirst in the industry for increased customer engagement and the commercialising of customer care programmes fits neatly with the Verve model, and I truly believe that Verve has an unrivalled proposition and people model within the research arena.'
