In India, healthcare panels specialist Krea has rolled out The India Field Network (IFN) - a quality control system designed to ensure selection of the most appropriate interviewer, respondent and data for each project.
Krea was launched in March by Dexterity co-founder Pravin Shekar, to build online and off-line panels with healthcare, youth, mobile and decision maker (IT and B2B) samples.
The firm also helps clients create advisory panels and online research communities, and offers WoM (word-of-mouth) measurement and buzz tracking.
Shekar explains that the IFN system has been launched to counter Indian fieldwork issues around transparency, tech-absorption, speed and quality. 'IFN's goal is to integrate access panels with fieldwork, thereby solving the 'last mile' issue: with precision and transparency,' states Shekar. 'We are leveraging technology to this effect; be it mobile, online or the convergence wave.'
