Lightspeed Grows Hong Kong Offer

Online panel specialist Lightspeed Research has expanded its Hong Kong presence with the appointment of Paul Wong as SVP, Business Development and a move to new offices in the city's Quarry Bay area.

Wong was previously General Manager at Internet solutions provider Jump Web Services Ltd. In his new role he will lead Lightspeed's commercial efforts across the APAC region, backed by a team including VP Business Development Sej Patel, who is relocating from the firm's Sydney office.

The new offices give the team room to expand from twenty at present to an anticipated 30 by the end of 2011.

Asia Pacific CEO Terry Wiley comments: 'With these two very accomplished executives leading our efforts, our Hong Kong office will play an even more significant role in our business growth in the APAC Region. Our focus will be on forging closer ties with key clients and attending to many new business prospects across the region, especially in areas such as Greater China and Southeast Asia.'
