Operations in the new Shanghai office are managed by Lisa Tam, who has been with the company since 2008 and has more than 20 years' experience in Asian healthcare market research. She is supported by Joanna Kasnieryk, who joined WorldOne in 2010 from PSL Group and previously completed a residency period at Shandong Normal University in China. Kasnieryk will be based in the new office.
