Scott Laing and Chris Robson, the co-founders of MR and data science firm Parametric Marketing, have joined the new Product Strategy and Analytics division of customer and employee research agency ORC International.
The pair set up Parametric as a quant research and advanced analytics specialist, in 2003, prior to which they both worked for web site evaluation firm WebCriteria, and at Hewlett-Packard.
In his new role as Vice President and Senior Director of Product Strategy, Innovation and Growth, Laing will provide ORC International clients with insights for business growth; while as Vice President and Senior Director of Analytics for the US, Robson will be responsible for delivery of US analytic services, including the development of technology for new products and services.
