Research veterans Adam Weinstein and Nathan Lynch have launched a new research company called Full Circle, which will use a new 'Mixed-mode Validation Process' (MVP) combining online methods with a substantial CATI resource.
The two launched another firm, Synapse Research, a year ago, with the aim of providing global access for B2B and B2C projects using a proprietary data collection process called Smart Sourcing. Weinstein previously worked for Universal Survey, while Lynch was VP of Operations at Authentic Response.
Full Circle has offices in Maryland and Connecticut, and will make use of emerging trends such as online communities and mobile technologies. In addition, the founders claim that the proprietary MVP will allow them to offer 'unheard of' validation levels at prices previously impossible from an online provider.
Weinstein (pictured) comments: 'Online market research is no longer in its infancy, yet it is still besieged by validation and security issues. Full Circle trounces this flaw by providing what no other sample provider does: the marriage of technological resources and an internal 120-person CATI phone center to exponentially boost validity and representation.'
