Newcastle and London-based creative, technology and insights specialist d.fferento/ogy has appointed James Dickie as Head of Research.
The role gives Dickie (pictured) responsibility for the firm's Research and Insight team, developing new business, and general management responsibilities. He joins after a decade at media research agency Other Lines of Enquiry, where he served as Head of Commercial Radio Research, and earlier he worked at sister agency Dipsticks Research as Head of Brand and Communications Research.
