UK-based agency Future Thinking has acquired Bulgaria's GemSeek Consulting Ltd, a specialist in data science, advanced analytics and customer experience research including NPS.
The buy includes GemSeek's subsidiary cQuest, a provider of research support services. Future Thinking has been working with the company as its nearshore partner for nearly a year.
Future Thinking CEO Jon Priest (pictured) says his company will gain size and scale, with offices in Sofia and Amsterdam added to its existing locations in Oxford, London, Paris and Bologna, and a new totals of nearly 300 full-time staff and almost £30m in revenue. Leaders of three main business divisions will report to Priest: Glen Khouw as CEO of GemSeek; Claudia Strauss as Managing Director of Future Thinking UK; and Stéphane Marder as MD of Future Thinking France.
GemSeek will also bring new data science and analytics expertise, as well as specialist knowledge of NPS (Net Promoter Score).
