Kantar TNS has appointed former Nokia and Microsoft exec Tom Crawford as Insights Planner, UK.Crawford (pictured) worked Stateside as Head of Retail and then Head of Devices in Microsoft's Customer and Marketing Intelligence function, for the last three years. Prior to this he spent eleven years in research roles at Nokia, most recently as Market Lead, Mobile Devices Consumer Intelligence.
In his new role, he will work with account teams to deliver insights and drive strategic decision making for clients, and will support development of Kantar TNS's offer, particularly in of product and service innovation.
