In the US, research software firm Remesh has appointed Anthony Caputo as Vice President of People Science, tasked with expanding the firm's Employee Engagement solutions.Headquartered in New York and founded in 2014 by a team of ex-Googlers, academics, physicists, consultants and political operatives, Remesh has developed a survey tool that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing to gather, filter and rank the collective opinion of crowds in a conversational format. In the employee engagement sector, Remesh's platform uses an intuitive chat interface to communicate with employees and applies artificial intelligence to analyze, understand and segment responses as they happen.
Caputo (pictured) joins with a diverse background in HR and employee intelligence. He was previously a Human Resource Officer at The United Nations, led research efforts at Columbia Business School and was a Senior Consultant at Sirota, which was acquired by global consulting firm Mercer.
