FleishmanHillard Relaunches Research Practice

US PR consultancy FleishmanHillard has relaunched its Global Research, Analytics and Measurement practice under a new name, 'TRUE Global Intelligence'.

Natasha KennedyThe firm is owned by Omnicom, and offers a range of reputation management, public affairs, digital and content strategy services, from more than 80 offices in 30 countries. Its global Research and Analytics practice was set up to create data-driven strategy and intelligence solutions, improving business outcomes through continuous intelligence gathering.

In collaboration with the company's Social and Innovation teams, the newly named TRUE Global Intelligence division has already launched a 360-degree listening and research tool called 'Intelligence Engine', which is sold by subscription and tailored to client needs. Natasha Kennedy (pictured), who joined the firm from ORC International last year, is Global Managing Director of the practice. She will work in partnership with Mike Cearley, Global MD of Social & Innovation and other specialists to deliver intelligence informed by data gathered from social and traditional media, public polling and proprietary market research.
