True Influence Names New CRO and CSO

In the US, intent data platform True Influence has appointed Brian Glynn as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), replacing Ken Stout who moves into the role of Chief Strategy Officer.

True Influence's flagship product InsightBASE monitors the online activity of millions of individuals visiting business web sites, gathering billions of purchase intent signals per month to help marketers reach relevant individuals at specific companies. Users of the Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution can target display advertising based on individuals' interests; and send timely, targeted, product-specific e-mail campaigns to prospects at the beginning of their buying journey.

Glynn most recently served as CRO of IDG (International Data Group) and IDG Enterprise, the technology media, data and marketing services company, where he was managed the US sales organization. Prior to this he held sales leadership positions at IDG Communications, Ziff-Davis Publishing and United Business Media. As CRO, Glynn will be responsible for managing sales for the company.

Stout has worked for True Influence for the past six years, before which he held executive management positions at companies including QuinStreet, CNET Networks/TechRepublic, CMP Media/Miller Freeman and Colgate Palmolive. In his new role, he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships to drive new revenue.
