Kadence International has announced that Greg Clayton, Global Head of Insight and MD of the UK office, is leaving the business to 'pursue new challenges'. The London office will then be led by Darren Lewis, in the role of UK Country Manager.
Kadence was acquired by full service Japanese MR group CMG (Cross Marketing Group) in 2014, and has continued to expand rapidly since, with new offices in China and the Philippines, and in New York, and a significant increase in headcount in London last year. It also has locations in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
Clayton joined a decade ago, served as MD of the firm's Singapore office and has led the UK business for the past three years. Lewis (pictured) has been at the company since 2012, and has worked alongside Clayton on the strategic direction and growth of the business in his current role as Head of Insight. Prior to this, Lewis held senior positions at Truth, Ipsos MORI, MetrixLab Synovate and BMRB.
Commenting on the changes, Miki Igarashi, Group CEO of CMG, said: 'We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Greg for all of his hard work. He leaves a great legacy of a successful business and we wish him well in his future endeavors. I am pleased to appoint Darren Lewis to the role of UK Country Manager. With his extensive experience of UK research industry and of the Kadence business, we look forward to building on the successes that the UK office has had to continue its growth'.
