Digital research firm MetrixLab has opened an office in Delhi, India, from where it will serve existing global clients, and support new clients across the region.
The Rotterdam, Netherlands-based firm, which is part of the Macromill Group, provides consumer insights while developing new technologies and integrating multiple data sources, to help clients with product innovation, brand engagement and customer value initiatives.
The new office will be led by MetrixLab India's MD Ravi Radhakrishnan, who will also continue to lead the Mumbai team. He will be joined by new Client Director Rahul Rastogi (pictured), who recently joined the company from Kantar after eleven years in a variety of roles. Rastogi previously worked agency side at TNS, RI and IMRS, and client side at Fidelity Investments and Diageo.
