InnovateMR Names COO, India MD and Programming Lead

US-based sample solutions provider InnovateMR has appointed former Greenfield Online SVP John Tan as Chief Operations Officer; Aakash Bhasin as Managing Director of India; and Joe DiGregorio as Global Director of Programming.

Headquartered in Calabasas, Californiaand with offices in Connecticut, London, Ahmedabad and New Delhi, InnovateMR promises 'Faster Answers' from business and consumer audiences, with B2B panels of professionals including small business owners, developers and IT decision makers. In 2018, the company launched the Pegasus Self-Serve Sampling Platform.

Tan (pictured) previously worked at online data collection service Greenfield Online / Toluna as SVP Global Operations, leading a 400 plus-member Operations and Client Services team and scaling the operation to support five-fold revenue growth. He later served as EVP of Global Operations for Research Now, where he built and led a 600-member global team. In addition, Tan has held a number of positions at both large global companies, as well as advising several technology start-ups.

In his new role, Tan is tasked with scaling the firm's global delivery team, while driving business strategy with a focus on client service solutions and operational excellence. Separately, DiGregorio joins with more than twenty years' experience of working on complex surveys with expertise across multiple platforms including Decipher, Sawtooth and Confirmit. He began his career at Harris Interactive, where he ultimately led the Global Survey Programming team, and he also held senior roles at Instant.ly, CriticalMix and Healthcare Research Agency, KJT Group. Bhasin has held a number of senior roles in the MR industry during his twenty-year career at Kantar, Toluna, Springboard Research and Market Xcel Data Matrix.
