Cross-screen data management platform (DMP) Lotame has appointed former Comscore exec Amy Yeung as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer.
Lotame's services include the identification of most valuable customers and the targeting of prospects with similar profiles, while its aiTV (Audience Intelligence for Television and Video) suite enables marketers to plan and measure ad campaigns using behavioral digital and viewership data. The firm's LDX provides access to four billion data points combined with viewing data collected from millions of Smart TVs across the US.
Yeung (pictured) joins from Comscore, where she served as Deputy General Counsel, leading efforts to bring the company back to the public markets after it was delisted, and helping the company comply with new and upcoming privacy regulations. Prior to this, Yeung was VP of Legal at AI-based Twitter analytics platform Dataminr; and Assistant General Counsel for global video game publisher ZeniMax, guiding the company through regulation around data, privacy, and protecting children.
In addition to overseeing all legal functions, Yeung will also now lead Lotame's privacy protocols across Lotame, while also helping to inform data consent and privacy features in the company's suite of data solutions. Andy Monfried, founder and CEO, comments: 'From ZeniMax to Comscore, Amy has proven to be a leader in advancing the global conversations around data privacy and best practices. Amy's impressive pedigree advising companies on industry-disruptive technology, digital innovation and data analytics initiatives will help support Lotame's growth and stay ahead of the market and client needs'.
