In the UK, insights and data firm delineate has appointed former long-time Lloyds Bank exec James Stewart as Product Director.
The company, which was founded in 2016 by former BT research head James 'JT' Turner, combines opinion research, technology and data science to provide solutions for marketing and communication challenges.
Stewart (pictured) joins after more than twenty years working client-side, for brands in the energy and financial services sectors. His career has included eighteen years at Lloyds Bank, latterly as Head of Usage and Engagement, leading a team focusing on digital journey and customer engagement. More recently he worked for The Co-operative Bank as Head of Digital Channels, re-designing the digital team and helping to encourage more personalised conversations with customers across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Commenting on the appointment, Turner said: 'This is a pivotal role for our company. Having somebody of James' calibre and experience join our leadership team is testimony to our vision to build products and services that make a real difference to the performance of our clients business, and we're very excited for our next phase of product growth under his leadership'.
