Southeast Asia-based qual and quant marketing intelligence company Divergent Insights has opened an office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Founded in 2017, Divergent has offices in India, Singapore and South Korea, a strategic alliance partner in China, and a presence across Europe, APAC and the US through its consultants. Services include syndicated projects and opinion polls to gauge consumer preferences.
At its new office in Indonesia, the firm has appointed qualitative researcher and ethnographer Nastiti Tri Winasis (pictured) as Director of Research and Operations. She joins with more than 23 years' experience, most recently from MarkPlus Insight where she was Head of the Qualitative Department. Prior to this she served as Qual Research Manager at Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI), SRE at Inmar Infos Sarana, and RE at Frontier Consulting Group.
Managing Director Rajiv Kokane says the move will help those global clients who are looking to enter the Indonesian market, and will now receive international expertise combined with local knowledge. 'We are also excited with this opportunity to support Indonesian companies with business intelligence and richer insights for their business growth', he adds.
