Mobile user data specialist zeotap has launched a customer intelligence platform, to help brands connect and convert their first-party data into 'actionable' customer intelligence.
Launched in 2014 by a team who previously worked at Vodafone, IBM and mobile ad tech firm Fyber, zeotap helps telecom operators draw out mobile customer data, for use in ad targeting. The firm is based in Germany, with additional operations in India and the US.
The new customer intelligence platform connects first-party data from multiple internal sources to develop a single unified customer view. This can then be linked to the firm's proprietary global offline-to-online and online-to-online identity graph for onboarding, cross-device extension and lookalike modeling. Data can be combined with zeotap's enterprise data set sourced from more than 100 partners and spanning 'two billion' consumer profiles.
CPO and co-founder Projjol Banerjea (pictured) says the new platform is 'a culmination of development efforts steered by constant feedback from our loyal clients' and adds: 'In light of the current global situation, the overall integrated proposition is all the more compelling'.
