Australia's professional insights association the AMSRS has rebranded as 'The Research Society', aiming to reflect its evolution into 'a more contemporary community association... providing benefits and services to research professionals throughout their career'.
The organisation's legal name will not change - the Research Society is a trading name. New initiatives to be rolled out over the coming weeks include mentoring, 'live and on-demand training', a digital conference, new certification and research awards.
Announcing the change, CEO Elissa Molloy said members would 'have the opportunity to hear more and increase their involvement through zoom member catch ups, webinars and online discussions'.
The new branding can be seen at www.researchsociety.com.au .
