Crispin Beale, former CEO of Chime Insight and Engagement (CIE), has joined survey analysis and data visualisation software provider mTab as a Senior Strategic Advisor.
With headquarters in Anaheim, CA and offices across the US, Europe and Asia, mTAB provides a software platform giving both MR specialists and senior execs a more 'holistic view' of the customer journey and a single, integrated platform to warehouse, analyze and visualize customer experience data. Last year, it acquired Swiss MR software company Slideworx, which mTab says serves as a 'backbone' to deliver a 20/20 customer vision to brands.
Beale (pictured) brings more than 25 years' insight experience. Until the end of 2018, he had spent nearly nine years as Group CEO of CIE and Chief Executive of Facts International (whose parent company Chime Communications was acquired by WPP and buyout specialist Provident Equity Partners in 2015). Earlier, he worked for the Royal Mail Group as Director of Marketing Services - Insight, Intelligence & Analysist; BT plc as Head of Customer Satisfaction, Research, Intelligence & Communications Planning; and Dixons Stores Group as Global Head of Research & Customer Action.
Commenting on the appointment, mTab CEO Mark Langsfeld said: 'Crispin's deep understanding and long-time involvement in the market research and data-driven intelligence realms will be incredibly valuable in helping to guide the strategic direction of mTab. Crispin's extensive involvement on the Board of the Market Research Society, and as a UK representative for ESOMAR, as well as fellowship of ICAEW and The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, gives him an unrivalled perspective on the evolution and needs of market research and how mTab can further lead as a pioneer on this front'.
