Digital marketing services group Kin + Carta Europe has announced a number of promotions, including that of Matthew Froggatt, who adds the newly-created role of Global Chief Strategy Officer for the group to his existing responsibilities as CEO of its Incite research division.
With headquarters in London and Chicago, Kin + Carta helps businesses launch new digital products and services via a number of units: Advise, a tech-centric management consultancy; Create, a software engineering studio; Connect, a digital marketing agency; and MR consultancy services through Incite, whose services cover consumer insights, segmentation, customer journey mapping, behaviour change analysis, and brand optimisation.
Froggatt (pictured) joined Incite six years ago, and has since supported the firm's expansion to Shanghai and San Francisco, supplementing its existing offices in London, Singapore and New York. Earlier, he spent a decade at TNS, beginning as MD of Specialist Markets, and rising to Head of the Global Technology practice; and before this he was Group MD at NFO UK and Client Service Director at Infratest Burke.
David Tuck, who previously served as Joint MD for Europe, is now Group Chief Executive for Europe, having joined the company in May 2019 after a spell as Commercial Director of TAB (The App Business - now Kin + Carta Create). Earlier, he was Sales Director at software developer Scott Logic, and Head of Sales at software consultancy ThoughtWorks, having previously been an Account Manager at Gartner.
In addition, Kin + Carta Create MD, Stephen Wilson, has stepped up as Global Chief Technology Officer for the group; while Create Europe's Director of Design and Innovation, Lindsay Ratcliffe, has been promoted to Managing Director.
J Schwan, CEO of Kin + Carta, comments: 'David, Stephen and Lindsay played an integral role in the creation of Kin + Carta and they are natural appointments to grow these roles and spearhead our evolution. We're also delighted to have Matthew provide impetus into the ongoing evolution and execution of our Connective strategy and our B Corp ambition'.
