UK-based full-service agency Market Measures has launched a Customer Experience (CX) practice called Market Measures 360CX, to be headed by CX specialist Tobin Sparrow.
From offices in Hampshire, Market Measures' team and field force provide insights that help clients understand their customers and brand potential. In addition to CX measurement, the agency has recently added user research, and service design and journey mapping to its portfolio, through partnerships with agencies including user experience consultancy UserVision.
Sparrow (pictured) will head up the new practice after two years at the company as Research Director. He previously held senior roles at Redblue Research, Maru/edr, Ipsos MORI and Market Sciences Unlimited.
