New MD for Norstat Estonia

European data collection company Norstat has hired Evelin Pae as MD for its Estonia business, replacing Kaspar Küünarpuu who has left the company.

Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Norstat provides integrated data services including multi-mode fieldwork across nineteen European countries. In the last twelve months it has named new MDs for the UK, Germany and France

Pae (pictured) worked as a brand manager and trade marketing manager in Saku Brewery, part of Carlsberg Group, from 2009 to 2012 before joining adidas where she was responsible for the sales and brand building of adidas Performance and Original and Reebok in the Estonian market. In 2015 she joined Bauhof Group, working as Marketing Director.

COO Erling Eriksen says Pae has 'a very interesting background and a large network in the Estonian Marketing Industry', along with 'huge' energy and ambition. He continues: 'She will be a great manager for our Estonian company and a strong competent colleague for her Manager Director colleagues throughout Europe. Kaspar Küünarpuu has done a fantastic job managing and growing our Baltic Operations, Norstat Poland and Norstat International to the excellent Operations they are today. I am very grateful for Kaspar's contributions and wish him all the best in his future endeavours'.
