In Stockholm, insight exchange and sample management platform Cint has appointed Joakim Andersson as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Lottie Saks, who left the company in May to join commercial vehicle business Haldex.
Andersson (pictured) joins after more than twelve years at Swedish investment company Kinnevik, latterly as CFO and Head of Strategy, tasked with developing and executing business strategy, funding, portfolio management, stakeholder management, financial reporting, treasury management, corporate finance and M&A activity. Prior to this he was Head of Treasury Outsourcing at Banque Invik Luxembourg Filial, and he worked for M2M and IoT solutions provider TelliQ.
In his new role, Andersson is responsible for the company's financial, legal and compliance strategies, taking over from interim CFO Dag Magni, who temporarily replaced Saks. CEO Tom Buehlmann comments: 'Joakim will play a vital role in Cint's strategic initiatives, working alongside the rest of our team to reach our ambitious goals for the digital transformation of market research. Joakim's proven skills in leading businesses through periods of transformation will be a great asset to our team and clients'.
