In the US, online sample marketplace PureSpectrum has acquired market research services firm Inteligx, adding support and full service solutions to its offering. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Philadelphia, PA-based Inteligx helps companies gather multi-modal and multi-country data, source hard-to-reach audiences, and deliver insights via online dashboards. According to PureSpectrum, the deal will enable users not just to collect sample from the platform, but also to engage with a team of experts supporting the entire data collection lifecycle.
Inteligx Partner Todd Myers (pictured) will join the PureSpectrum executive team and lead the Inteligx unit as President, after executive leadership roles at Kantar, Harris Interactive, Nielsen and Confirmit. Fellow Inteligx Partner Ian Kiernan will remain actively involved post acquisition, advising the business.
Michael McCrary, founder and CEO of PureSpectrum, comments: 'We've been laser focused on delivering researchers a powerful and intuitive self-serve sample purchasing platform while investing heavily in solutions to ensure high quality data. Many of our clients have complex research needs that require full service data collection. By combining the Inteligx white-glove service offering we can now offer clients self-serve and full-service solutions'.
