US-based youth and family researcher Smarty Pants has hired Molly Jackson for a newly created position, 'Insights Mastermind' and Senior Director, based in the Baltimore, MD area.
The company, which has headquarters in Johnson City, TN and offices in seven other US cities, works on brand positioning, new product development, consumer lifestyle and trend research. Jackson (pictured) joins after serving as Associate VP at SimpsonScarborough, a data-driven solutions provider for higher education marketers, where she designed research and developed strategies to help educational institutions achieve their recruitment, retention and fundraising goals. Prior to this she was Senior Director, Research and Analytics at Community Analytics; and Manager of Business Insights at Kantar Health; having begun her career at boutique research firm, WBA Research. She currently serves as a mentor for Women in Research (WIRe).
