Former Oracle exec Graham Douglas has joined SurveyMonkey as Vice President of CX Sales in EMEA, tasked with expanding adoption of its GetFeedback platform across the region. He is based in Dublin.
SurveyMonkey recently integrated CX management company GetFeedback and Voice of the Customer (VoC) tech provider Usabilla into a multi-channel CX offering, opting for the GetFeedback name. Last year, it launched a cloud-based European data centre in Dublin, allowing it to host data for new enterprise customers located or doing business in the region. The firm says more than one third of its revenue comes from customers outside of the US, and a 'significant portion' of that from Europe.
Douglas (pictured) joins after more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology. Most recently, he spent nearly a decade at enterprise software giant Oracle, where he latterly served as Senior Cloud Sales Leader for Northern/Southern Europe, and Site Leader for the Oracle Digital hub in Malaga, Spain. Earlier he held management roles at Compaq, PTC and Synergy.
Chief Sales Officer John Schoenstein comments: 'Graham has experience with some of the largest enterprise technology companies in the world, and we're eager to add his expertise to SurveyMonkey's strategy for growing our international footprint in customer experience. I'm looking forward to adding Graham's passion to the energy we've built as we continue to grow'.
