Fanplayr Adds Product Recommendation Feature

December 22 2020

In the US, real-time targeting specialist Fanplayr has added a feature called Product Recommendations to its offer, through which to analyze customers' online eCommerce activity and recommend other relevant products and services.

Simon YenckenWith headquarters in Palo Alto, California, Fanplayr has developed a cloud-based platform using behavioral data, machine learning and AI to help eCommerce sites understand visitors' intent, and then deliver real-time, targeted messages and offers to specific segments. The firm says its new feature, Product Recommendations, is the next step in the development of an integrated approach to behavior personalization and real-time responsiveness.

Fanplayr's Product Recommendations service can be delivered in multiple locations - on a customer's web site, via e-mail or through web push notifications, and via SMS - and includes categories for 'Others You May Like,' 'Frequently Bought Together,' 'Recommended for You' and 'Recently Viewed.' These recommendations can be combined with Fanplayr Smart Product Rankings, based on views, carts, purchases and revenue.

CEO and founder Simon Yencken (pictured) comments: 'Only when you look at the behavior of an individual can you understand what they truly want, and use that to transform eCommerce. Product Recommendations delivers a better experience for the individual by using AI to recommend other relevant products and services, and therefore provides significantly positive results for our customers'.

The firm, which also has offices in New York, Buenos Aires, Mexico, Milan, Manchester, London, Amsterdam, Melbourne and Tokyo, is online at www.fanplayr.com .
