Consumer insight consultancy BVA BDRC has promoted Paul Russell to Managing Director of its Perspective Research Services subsidiary, along with a dozen other promotions in the group's research, marketing and design functions.
BVA BDRC is part of Paris-based BVA Group, offers a complete range of research services and is also the parent of behavioral science / shopper research specialist PRS IN VIVO. Perspective's offer includes quant and qual data collection, mystery shopping, data processing, advanced analytics and data visualization via dashboards and infographics.
Russell rejoined Perspective in May last year as Operations Director following three years at Epinion Research where he was responsible for fieldwork across 40 airports internationally. He previously spent seven years at Perspective, risign to Field Services Director, and brings in-depth operations and field experience. He began his MR career at Rosslyn Research, before joining Conquest as Senior Field Controller. In his new role as MD he will oversee company strategy and policy across all field services including CATI, F2F, Qual, Mystery Shopping, Data Processing and Data Analysis.
Also within BVA BDRC, Natalie Eaton and Thomas Dodds have been promoted to Associate Director positions; with Tahmina Khatun, Alexandra Morar, Henry Clinton, Harrison Sommerville, James Bright and Freddie Reeves being promoted to Manager positions; and Alice Wells, Oliver Canning, Kate Allen and Sarah Condon being promoted to Senior Executive and Executive positions. CEO Dr Crispian Tarrant comments: 'In spite of the challenges over the last nine months or so it has been most pleasing to see colleagues developing their careers and capabilities and in many cases assuming new responsibilities'.
