BritainThinks Adds Four to Senior Team

London-based qual-led insight and strategy specialist BritainThinks has appointed four new senior members of staff: Lucy Farrow and Sarah Cheesbrough as Associate Partners, and Heather Young and Jennifer Summers as Associate Directors.

Farrow joins after serving as a Director at people development and research consultancy Traverse (Office for Public Management), which earlier acquired engagement and consultation practice Dialogue by Design, where Farrow led the Consultation & Engagement team. Cheesbrough was previously Director of Communities, Work and Income at social research organisation NatCen, having earlier spent more than five years at Kantar Public, latterly as Director, Head of Policy Research.

Young most recently served as Project Director at advertising think tank Credos, before which, she worked for strategic brand consultancy The Value Engineers, where she worked with a global portfolio of clients to develop insight-driven brand strategies. Summers joins from Booking.com, where she worked as Senior Insights Specialist, Marketing; having earlier held insights roles at PR agency freuds, and at Kantar.
