Caroline Connolly has joined Kantar Public, the insights group's public policy evidence and advisory division, to take up the role of CEO, Development Practice, based in the Washington D.C. office.
Kantar says her appointment, along with that of Gaurav Sabharwal as CEO for Kantar Public India and South Asia, announced last week, signal the firm's commitment to clients in delivering consulting alongside its existing evidence, analytics and data capabilities.
Connolly brings with her more than two decades of senior advisory experience, most recently as VP, Principal Strategy Development and Communications for Cardno Emerging Markets, a global infrastructure, environmental and social development company. Before this she worked at Deloitte Consulting as Programme Development Specialist; and in the US Foreign Service, focusing on international development and health with USAID. She will now partnerwith Kantar Public's Africa and Middle East teams to deliver evidence, evaluation and consultancy.
