In the UK, full-service agency IFF Research has promoted Kelsey Beninger to Research Director, while Christa Downing, Helen Greevy, Marc Cranney and Sam Selner move up to Associate Director roles in the Research team, and Eleonore Desnos becomes an AD in Operations.
IFF, which began as a B2B specialist in 1965, now boasts expertise in sectors including learning and skills; higher education; employment and benefits; financial services; professional services; health and wellbeing; and social housing. Beninger (pictured) joined in 2019 as an AD, after working for Kantar where she undertook mixed-method research to inform strategy, policy and programme development for clients across the public and third sectors. At IFF, she has worked across a range of policy areas, with a particular focus on children and family, wellbeing and social integration.
MD Jan Shury comments: 'I'm really proud that our reputation for high quality and impactful research and our strong culture means we're able to attract and retain some of the best research professionals in the industry. We now have 30 Directors and ADs in our research team - all of whom operate expertly across quantitative and qualitative methodologies and are able to deliver a range of tailor-made research solutions for our clients'.
