US-based software and solutions provider QuestionPro has launched a knowledge management (KM) system called the Insights Hub, which offers an indexable and searchable platform for corporate research.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, QuestionPro offers a core technology platform covering surveys, customer experience and employee experience. The new Insights Hub aggregates, tags and indexes all sources of corporate research into a single online repository.
Insights from past and existing studies of different research types, including qual and quant studies, user research, custom studies and modeling studies, are made available to anyone given access. In addition to reports, the Hub provides access to the actual data, including customer calls, vendor research data, questionnaires, business taxonomy tagged studies, qualitative and quantitative survey data, IDI's and customer behavioral data.
CEO and founder Vivek Bhaskaran (pictured) explains: 'The QuestionPro Insights Hub becomes a central and single 'source of truth' where researchers and relevant stakeholders can access the research that an organization has conducted, both past and present. It's a consolidated platform where researchers can organize, explore, search and discover all the data of a company in one organized location, leading to better insights, a quicker time to knowledge and ultimately a more competitive enterprise'.
