London-based insights agency Opinium has appointed Ben Davis as Head of Data and Research Tech, overseeing all data acquisition and flow. In addition, Debbie Shuttlewood joins as a Research Director in the Customer Experience team.
Opinium was founded in 2007, and also has offices in New York. The firm offers qual and quant research and consultancy across five practice areas - brand and communications, product and service development, stakeholder, market intelligence and thought leadership. It also owns and manages panels of UK consumers, IFAs and small businesses, and runs an omnibus which interviews 2000 UK adults in each wave.
Davis joins after serving as Senior Survey Programming Consultant at Kantar, before which he worked for ORC International as Head of MR Technology and Data Processing. Shuttlewood worked most recently at Accent Research, having previously been Group Director, Head of Client Development, Specialist Services at Kantar.
