Omnicom-owned data and analytics firm Annalect has appointed Matt Nolan as Chief Operating Officer, based in Sydney, Australia from September. Separately, Dimitris Tsioutsias has recently been named SVP Measurement & Optimization Solutions, based in the US.
Annalect helps brands apply data and insights to media and creative executions. The firm's Omni platform allows users to use the same data across workflows, insights, planning, activation, reporting, attribution and optimization. Nolan (pictured) will join from IPG Mediabrands, where he has served as Consulting Director for more than two years, before which he held the same title at IPG's digital marketing services platform Cadreon. Earlier, he worked for News Corp as General Manager Insights and Analytics, and he spent a decade at APC Magazines, latterly as a Publishing Strategist.
In his new role, Nolan will support Clement Tsang, who has been named MD (after Annalect CEO Darren Stein recently resigned from the role), to support growth across tech and data, marketing science, analytics and business intelligence. Nolan said the opportunity to join Annalect, as well as being able to work with Tsang again 'was a pretty easy decision for me to make'.
Tsioutsias joined recently from pet wellbeing specialist Petco, where he served as Head of Marketing Analytics, having spent fifteen years in senior analytics roles at Omnicom-owned companies Targetbase, Javelin Marketing and RAPP.
