HubUX Adds Community Management Platform

In the US, research automation specialist HubUX has launched a community management platform for both qual and quant methods.

Founded in 2019 by Decipher co-founder Jamin Brazil and developer Matt Tymn, HubUX fully automates qual workflows across software solutions and panel providers, offering a respondent recruiting solution including scheduler for virtual interviews, focus groups, and Remesh sessions, as well as social media recruiting services. The tool automates common qual research tasks such as integration with internal and third-party sample; scheduling interviews/events; interview scheduling; respondent quality scoring; and appending data.

Through the newly launched community solution, customers start with their own participants or with 1,000 new participants sourced from social media and vetted with Research Defender. The solution supports incentive fulfilment and management, full white label experience for participants, and advanced screener capabilities. Additionally, HubUX's API delivers existing participant variables to survey platforms, so users don't have to repeatedly ask the same questions.

Commenting on the reasons behind the launch, Brazil (pictured) explained: 'Consumer insight teams see research as an extension of their brand experience. Modern consumers and researchers need a platform that is elegant, fun, 'on-brand', and automates the operations so both parties can focus on the research.'
