Business services behemoth Accenture is to acquire Brazilian CX and commerce solutions business Experity, for an undisclosed sum.
Experity, whose team of around 420 people will now join Accenture Interactive in Brazil, was founded in Sao Paulo in 2003 and partners with the likes of Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP to help organizations excel at customer experience throughout the brand journey. The firms say its skills will combine with Accenture Interactive's global scale and capabilities to enhance the latter's delivery of seamless commerce experiences. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
Experity co-founder Daniel Huallem, one of the founders of Experity, says the deal will give his company 'a wider canvas to deliver the transformation that our customers have come to expect in terms of personalized and intelligent experiences anywhere, anytime'.
Cristiano Dencker, Accenture Interactive Lead for Latin America, says Experity 'will bring strong leadership and expertise with key ecosystem partners, which helps us continue to deliver exemplary services in commerce, marketing, content and data for clients in Latin America'.
