In the US, Pike Research founder Clint Wheelock and former Light Reading MD Jonathan Keller have launched a firm called Dash Network, offering market analysis and insights for the customer experience (CX) sector.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Dash Network provides research and advisory services, news and analysis, media and go-to-market services, along with virtual and live events for customer experience (CX) practitioners. The firm's team of journalists and industry analysts conduct qual and quant analysis focused on seven market segments: contact center technologies, customer data and analytics, customer data platforms, customer insights and feedback, customer relationship management (CRM), personalization and optimization, and employee experience (EX).
In addition, the company's media and research coverage focuses on CX trends and opportunities across twenty different industry sectors, with a specific focus on CX innovation in the financial services, healthcare, retail, telecoms, and travel and hospitality sectors. The firm is led by Wheelock, who most recently served as Chief Research Officer at Omdia, the tech market intelligence unit of Informa, having joined that company after its acquisition of his firm Tractica. He was previously MD of cleantech and energy industry specialist Guidehouse Insights, after the company bought his firm Pike Research, and he held senior roles at ABI Research, the NPD Group, and In-Stat. Keller previously spent ten years with digital media, research and events company Light Reading, following its acquisition by Informa, before which, he held senior advertising roles with BizWest Media, and InnoVision Health Media.
